Booking and deposit terms
An online request starts the booking. We confirm it after agreeing the route, time, equipment, transport and deposit.

Booking confirmation
A deposit is paid to secure and confirm the kayak booking.

Deposit return
The deposit is returned after the trip if the agreed booking and rental conditions have been met.

Booking cancellation
If the customer cancels without an important reason agreed in advance, the deposit is not returned.

Final number of kayaks
The final number of rental kayaks must be confirmed at least 7 calendar days before the trip.

Reducing the quantity
If the final number is not confirmed on time or is later reduced, the full originally booked quantity is charged.
