This one-day canoe route on the Grūda runs from Merkinės–Marcinkonių kelias to Grūdos ir Merkio santaka, covering about 9 km in approximately 6 hours of paddling. The narrow, clear and highly winding Grūda twists through the pine forests of Dzūkija and feels wonderfully wild. We coordinate canoe hire, transport and timing to suit the group and current river conditions.
